Angry Birds; the "first edition" (made from only recycled materials)

This is a gift I made for my brother Ben (23). Excuse the photos, I was still painting Christmas Eve and neglected to take any photos until it had been unwrapped (and was being played with).

You just stack up the boxes, place the can pigs...

And knock them over :) Nice action shot, please excuse all the legs and feet, there were a lot of people! (and I have another brother who wears shorts all winter long!)

My two favourites; white trash pig and colonel pig. Just tin cans painted with acrylic paints (spare from a canvas set) and outlined in a black marker.

The ball was a little harder, hence the trout pout lips. But done the same as the pigs. I refuse to pencil line first and just go straight in with the paint!

I also made a tin can bird as a 'hostage' to make the game harder as they progress, they can't hit that one.

You can kind of see it at the back in this photo.

Free, green and lots of fun. Though my brothers love pretty much anything competitive!

I should point out that my little sister is the champion, one hit and all down on two 'levels'.

*Update, I found where I first saw this idea, it's here!*
